Let us make paying your water/sewer bill more convenient with Auto-Pay!

The City offers you the ability to have your water/sewer bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account or pay using a credit card. You may also choose to have it sent electronically to your email!

It’s Easy and It Saves You Time and Money!

There is no longer a need to write a check and send it to the City.  Simply note the amount of the deduction in your checkbook, or follow the easy on-line instructions, and your bill is paid! This saves you time and postage. Sign up now! 

Signing Up Online 

Simply log into your online utility account and in the payment page, check the "Check here to have any future bills automatically paid using this information."

Obtaining a Form

• Downloading and printing an Auto-Pay Authorization Form, providing the requested information, and returning the form to the City of Kalispell’s Utility Billing Department.
• Sending us an email requesting a form be mailed to you. Be sure to include your account number, service address, name, and phone number. We will mail a form to you right away. 
• Call us at 406-758-7745 and request that we send you an Auto-Pay Authorization Form. 

How It Works

Once you have signed up for Auto-Pay, you will continue to receive a water/sewer bill monthly, either through the mail or electronically. If you choose to have your amount due automatically withdrawn from a bank account, we will withdraw your payment on the due date. The bill will state **BANK DRAFT** when it is in effect. If you wish to cancel your auto-payment, you must call at least three days prior to your next withdrawal date. If you have any questions about your bill, don’t hesitate to contact us at 406-758-7745.
