Reporting an accident on private property or in a parking lot can be done through the Montana Department of Justice. This form can be found on their website at: HQ-1598-Individual-White-Form-1.pdf (dojmt.gov). Please do not submit this form to the City of Kalispell. Submit this form as directed on the form to the MT Dept. of Justice.
